Person Specification: Finance Director

Essential Criteria:
- Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience. A relevant Master’s degree (MBA, Finance) is highly advantageous.
- Experience: Significant experience (5+ years) in a senior financial leadership role, preferably at Finance Director or Deputy Finance Director level. - Problem Solving & Decision Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to make sound financial decisions under pressure.
